La jornada de hoy ha sido dura también. Nublado, el color del Océano es gris otra vez. Al atardecer empiezo a ver bandadas de aves que pescan. La proximidad de tierra se hace así patente. Estoy a 500 millas de la isla de Antigua. He vuelto a hablar con Ugarte. Me dice que tenga ojo a partir de ahora porque la intensidad del viento aumentará estos días a medida que nos acercamos al mar Caribe. Tiene razón. Sopla con fuerza y la mar se hace más corta y difícil. Hoy he navegado con la gorra de la fragata "NAVARRA" que me regaló en la Base Naval de Rota su Comandante como ya os conté. Si Dios quiere llegaré a tierra con esa gorra que simboliza tanto para mí y para esta expedición atlántica. Al anochecer he finalizado mi travesía diaria y me he embarcado en el "HARMONIE" justo en el momento que han llamado desde Madrid del programa de radio "El Larguero". En muchas de mis anteriores travesías, José Manuel de la Morena me ha entrevistado y logrado que le cuente todo lo que siento en mis días de soledad marítima. Me encanta hablar con ellos porque entienden del esfuerzo deportivo que suponen estas iniciativas. ¡Gracias!.
