Hoy es un día grande para mi expedición. A las doce he zarpado de Fuerteventura con rumbo a Gran Canaria. La mar hasta Puerto Calero está en calma. He podido sentir la emoción de la velocidad. Por fin..! En Puerto Calero reposto combustible y cruzo en solitario a Gran Canaria. Con la mar de través puedo navegar a veinte nudos lo que me permite llegar en tres horas al puerto de la Luz. En medio del canal un numeroso grupo de delfines me acompañan saltando alegres delante y detrás de mí. Es la recompensa al esfuerzo. Puedo sentir otra vez las emociones que regala siempre la naturaleza. En la bocana, una pequeña embarcación me espera para conducirme al Club Náutico Varadero. Un grupo de familiares míos canarios y buenos amigos están ahí. Me emociona verlos. Rafael del Castillo ha organizado todo. Encantador, me está ayudando muchísimo en la expedición. Está Loli, Giovanni. Las personas que han confiado en este sueño. La bandera de Canarias y de Gran Canaria presiden el lugar. Es maravilloso estar aquí.

Today is a great day for my expedition. At twelve I have weighed anchor of Fuerteventura in the direction of Great Canary. The sea until Lime Port is in calm. In the bocana, a small boat is waiting for me to lead me to the Club Nautical Dock. A group of relatives mine canaries and good friends are there. He came to see me.
