Al amanecer, Jose y Fernando han pescado dos magníficos dorados que nos han suministrado proteínas frescas en el almuerzo. Normalmente María y Fernando son los responsables de la cocina. Los alimentos en conserva se alternan con verduras frescas que todavía resisten desde Canarias, pero cuando la mar nos regala uno de sus frutos es algo especial. Cuando llega la hora de comer, me acerco al "HARMONIE" y María me da un cuenco con lo que ha preparado. Normalmente es pasta y arroz con alguno de los platos navarros que van a bordo del barco de apoyo. Hoy ha vuelto a hacer frío. Está nublado y el agua sigue helada aunque ha subido tres grados desde las Islas Canarias. El viento sigue ayudando a que mi sueño se cumpla. Desde el ENE Este-Noreste, los alíseos soplan constantemente con una intensidad media de veinte nudos. Lejos, la tierra Canaria. Aún más lejanas, las américas...

At the dawn, Jose and Fernando have fished two magnificent ones gilded that have provided fresh proteins to us in the lunch. Normally Maria and Fernando are the people in charge of the kitchen. The tinned food are alternated with fresh vegetables that still resist from the Canary Islands, but when the sea gives one us its fruits it is something special. When the hour arrives to eat, I approach the " HARMONIE " and Maria gives me an earthen bowl with which she has prepared. Normally it is paste and rice with some of the Navarrese plates that go on board of the support boat. Today it has returned to be cold.
